Scrap Yarn Plastic Bag Saver

This is a beginner-friendly project involving only single crochet stitches using your fall-colored scrap yarn.  This Scrap Yarn Plastic Bag Saver will keep all those plastic bags from stores in one place and accessing them for reuse will not be a nightmare.  Just drop them in on the top spout, push/compact them down the crochet tube, and when needed, pull them out of the slit at the bottom.
